Product Details

The Jif Marine FWY1-NN is a 15-inch die cast transom support plate made from 1060 alloy aluminum, designed to protect and reinforce your boat's transom during motor installation. This transom plate provides extra support to help balance and distribute the weight of your boat's outboard motor, reducing stress on the boat's transom.

Key Features:

  • Die cast construction from 1060 alloy aluminum for added strength and durability
  • Corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy built to withstand harsh marine environments
  • Two pre-drilled mounting holes for bolt-on installation
  • Distributes mounting stress across a wider surface area to help prevent cracks and damage
  • Installs between the transom and motor mounting bracket
  • Long-term resistance to corrosion and impact in both freshwater and saltwater conditions

Specifications:

  • Overall Length: 15 inches
  • Width: 2 inches
  • Thickness: 3/8 inch
  • Mounting Hole Centers: 13 inches apart
  • Weight: 0.8 lbs

This plate provides an extra layer of durability while improving the overall strength of your boat's stern. Note: Mounting hardware not included.

Great!!!

Nice website, easy to use.

wish shipping charges would appear earlier in the ordering process

Good prices so far and easy to order.

Strange that I am buying some large items with free shipping and some small items that do not have free shipping and have to pay $23 for shipping small parts that would easily fit in the large box with the free shipping. There should be a $ threshold for free shipping.

Great price and selection
