CIPA Cleat Seat Retractable Dock Cleat

The CIPA Cleat Seat is a patented retractable dock cleat that solves one of boating's most common hazards — the stubbed toe and trip risk posed by traditional fixed cleats. When not in use, the cleat folds flat into a smooth, low-profile base, keeping dock and deck walkways safe and clear. When it's time to tie off, the cleat flips up and snaps firmly into the upright position in seconds.

Key Features:

• Patented retractable design — folds to a low-profile position when not in use, creating a smooth, hazard-free walking surface
• Angled base sides provide an additional layer of protection against toe stubbing and trip injuries, a safety innovation exclusive to CIPA
• High-strength nylon composite construction rated at 27,000 PSI tensile strength for dependable line holding under load
• Non-corrosive materials engineered to resist deterioration in salt air and harsh marine environments
• UV-stabilized construction deflects heat up to 400°F and resists sun degradation, maintaining appearance and structural integrity season after season
• Flip-up cleat mechanism swings into the upright position and snaps securely in place when needed, then folds flat when lines are not in use
• Accepts dock lines up to 1/2" in diameter for reliable mooring of boats and personal watercraft
• Available in multiple color configurations to complement any dock or deck aesthetic
