Pacer Performance TE14-8R-25 Heat Shrink Ring Terminal 16-14 AWG #8 Stud 25-Pack

The Pacer Performance TE14-8R-25 heat shrink ring terminals provide a professional-grade electrical connection solution for marine, automotive, and powersports applications. These terminals feature an integrated heat-shrink sleeve that creates a waterproof seal when heated, protecting the connection from moisture, corrosion, and vibration.

Key Features:

• Tinned copper construction resists corrosion in harsh environments
• Heat shrink insulation sleeve provides waterproof environmental protection
• Rated for 600 volts maximum
• Wide operating temperature range: -55°C to 125°C (-67°F to 257°F)
• Accommodates 16-14 AWG wire sizes
• Fits #8 (5/16") stud size
• Terminal pad width: 0.32 inches
• Blue color-coded for easy wire gauge identification

Installation & Benefits:

• Ring design prevents accidental disconnection from terminal studs
• Crimp the terminal barrel onto the wire, then apply heat to shrink the insulation sleeve
• Creates a secure, long-lasting connection that withstands vibration
• Tin plating enhances conductivity and solderability
• Perfect for battery connections, ground points, and other critical electrical junctions

Ring terminals are the preferred choice when a permanent, high-reliability connection is required. Unlike spade or bullet connectors, the closed ring design ensures the terminal cannot vibrate loose or pull off the stud. This 25-piece package provides enough terminals for multiple projects or repairs.
