The Balmar 48-YSP-3YM-B is an AltMount Serpentine Pulley Conversion Kit specifically engineered for Yanmar 3YM30 diesel engines. This patented system upgrades your engine from a traditional single vee pulley to a high-performance serpentine pulley configuration, enabling the use of Balmar high-output alternators and delivering superior power transfer efficiency.

The system installs by placing and fastening a conversion pulley over the existing crank pulley and replacing the water pump pulley. AltMount Pulley Kits are designed to be used with Balmar 6-Series, XT-Series and AT-Series Alternators. Note: If using an AT-200A Alternator, a longer belt length may be required.
