Anchorlift Bow Rollers
Anchorlift Bow Rollers: Precision-Engineered for Effortless Anchoring
When it comes to deploying and retrieving your anchor safely and smoothly, few components matter more than the bow roller. Anchorlift has built a strong reputation in the marine anchoring world, and their bow rollers are a prime example of why boaters trust the brand from vessels as small as 20 feet to bluewater yachts stretching beyond 100 feet.
Built from the Ground Up in Stainless Steel
Anchorlift bow rollers are constructed with an uncompromising materials philosophy. Constructed of a single piece of 316L stainless steel and formed into a channel, these rollers offer some of the strongest construction and thickest sidewalls available in the category. That structural integrity matters on a bow that takes constant spray, UV exposure, and the mechanical stress of repeated anchor deployment.
The rollers themselves are equally considered. Anchorlift uses Delrin® for the roller inserts — a material that is impervious to saltwater and sun — making them among the most durable rollers on the market. All Anchorlift bow rollers also come with a signature mirror finish, renowned for its appearance and style.
Two Distinct Designs for Different Anchor Types
Anchorlift offers bow rollers in two core configurations, each tailored to the demands of specific anchor styles and hull setups.
- Fixed Self-Launching Bow Roller: Designed universally for easy mounting on most bows and bow planks, the fixed head roller is constructed from stainless steel AISI 316 with a low profile design, featuring dual rollers that allow for both self-launching and smooth parking of your anchor. These rollers are best suited for Delta/Wing, Anchorlift XR, Anchorlift TPX, Mantus, Manson Supreme, Rocna, Fortress FX, and Fortress Guardian style anchors.
- Hinged (Pivoting Head) Self-Launching Bow Roller: The hinged head, unique to Anchorlift, allows the anchor to deploy out and away from the bow while helping deploy the rode for a safer, more efficient, and effective anchoring experience. These rollers are best suited for Bruce/Claw, Anchorlift CX, and Rocna style anchors.
Sized for Boats of All Lengths
Anchorlift's self-launching bow roller lineup includes self-adjusting models capable of handling anchors up to 176 lb. Options span boats from 18 ft to 110 ft, with models suited for XR and plow-type anchors. Whether you're rigging a day cruiser or a serious offshore passagemaker, there's an Anchorlift bow roller sized for the job.
A System Designed to Work Together
Anchorlift TPX™ anchors work very well with Anchorlift bow rollers, which together create a self-launching system that lets you release the anchor without needing to leave the helm. This systems-level thinking — rollers, anchors, and windlasses engineered in concert — is a hallmark of the Anchorlift approach to marine anchoring. Anchorlift's vertical and horizontal windlasses, bow rollers, anchors, rope/chain, and control units are engineered to work together.
If you're upgrading your anchor setup or replacing a worn roller, Anchorlift's bow rollers represent a purpose-built, long-lasting solution backed by thoughtful engineering. Browse the full selection of bow rollers or explore everything Anchorlift has to offer for your vessel.
