Pettit Paint 1180006 ECO HRT Copper-Free Antifouling Bottom Paint Black Gallon

Pettit ECO HRT is a single-season, dual biocide, copper-free antifouling paint that uses the latest technology to create a hybrid paint film strong enough to handle the tough marine environment without building up over time. This copper-free formula can be safely applied to all aluminum-hulled boats, making it ideal for pontoons, aluminum outdrives, and aluminum vessels.

Hybrid Reactive Technology (HRT):

• Features high density biocide utilization to maximize effectiveness by using biocide more effectively
• Contains film modifiers which reduce yearly build-up when re-coating, maintain uniform color consistency, and lower weight
• The smooth, durable paint surface wears away over time, eliminating paint film build up and the need for sanding

Key Features:

• Dual biocides: 6% Econea (fights hard growth) and 4.8% zinc omandine (fights slime)
• Compatible over most bottom paints
• Can be hauled and re-launched without any loss of effectiveness
• Can be applied by brush, solvent resistant roller (maximum 3/16" nap), or airless or conventional spray
• Theoretical coverage is 500 ft²/gallon with 55% solids by volume
• Minimum 1 coat per season with 2 coats recommended for extended service
