The Sierra 18-2684 Lower Unit Seal Kit is a comprehensive gearcase seal kit designed specifically for Johnson and Evinrude 2-cylinder outboard engines. This complete kit provides all the essential seals, O-rings, and gaskets needed to service the lower unit on 18-25 HP models manufactured between 1958 and 1978.

Kit Includes:

  • Shift rod gasket
  • Oil seals for critical sealing points
  • Multiple O-rings for proper sealing
  • Washers and spaghetti seal
  • All components needed for complete lower unit seal replacement
