Bob's Machine 120-150000 Larger Solenoid Retro-Fit Kit with Wiring Harness for Jack Plate Pump

The Bob's Machine Shop 120-150000 is a larger solenoid retro-fit kit with wiring harness, designed to upgrade existing Bob's Machine Shop hydraulic jack plate pumps to the newer, more dependable solenoid style. This kit is an ideal solution for boaters looking to improve the reliability of their jack plate's hydraulic system and eliminate common solenoid failure issues.

The upgraded solenoids featured in this kit are more robust than the original Mercruiser-style solenoids and incorporate a self-cleaning wiper mechanism that clears carbon scoring from the contact surface after each use. This design prevents the frustrating "clicking" sound caused by carbon build-up blocking a solid electrical connection — a known weak point of the older-style solenoids.

Key Features:

• Upgrades existing Bob's Machine Shop jack plate pump to larger, more reliable solenoids
• Self-cleaning wiper contact prevents carbon build-up and connection failures
• Eliminates solenoid "clicking" associated with worn Mercruiser-style solenoids
• Includes complete wiring harness for straightforward installation
• More robust construction for long-term marine durability
• Direct retro-fit replacement — no modification required for compatible pumps

This retro-fit kit is manufactured by Bob's Machine Shop, an American company that has been a leader in hydraulic jack plate design and innovation since 1978. Restore full jack plate performance and reliability with a genuine Bob's Machine Shop upgrade kit.
