The Arco Starting & Charging 4502 Zeus is a high-performance 24-volt alternator engineered to deliver exceptional power output for demanding marine applications. This 7kW alternator generates over 3kW (109 amps) at just under 3,000 alternator RPM and nearly 6kW (218 amps) at under 6,000 RPM, making it ideal for rapidly charging large battery banks on marine diesel engines, RVs, and commercial vessels.

Advanced 24V Design:

Unlike competitor alternators that use less efficient 12V rotors, the Arco Zeus features a native 24V rotor and field current for superior efficiency and cooler operation. This design directly extends alternator lifespan while maximizing output across all RPM ranges. The unit is specifically designed for Yanmar Common Rail engines introduced after 2013, including JH-CR, 3JH40, 4JH45, 4JH57, 4JH80, and 4JH110 models.
