The ARCO Zeus A8000-48V is a high-output 48-volt marine alternator engineered to deliver exceptional power while running cooler and more efficiently than competing units. This 8kW alternator features a native 48V rotor design that turns on at lower RPMs and provides continuous output of over 3kW (55 Amps) at 2,500 RPM and nearly 6kW (111 Amps) at 4,000 alternator RPM. Unlike competitors who repurpose 12V rotors for 48V applications, ARCO's purpose-built 48V rotor and field current design runs significantly cooler, extending service life and ensuring reliable performance.
