Hose Coil Wash Down Pumps & Systems

Hose Coil Wash Down Pumps & Systems: Built for the Marine Environment

When it comes to keeping a vessel clean after a day on the water, few things matter more than a well-designed washdown system. Hose Coil has built its reputation squarely around this need, engineering specialty marine washdown products that combine practical storage solutions with durable, boat-ready construction. Their approach sets them apart in the broader Wash Down Pumps & Systems category by focusing not just on the pump, but on the complete washdown experience — from the hose itself to how it's mounted and stowed.

What Makes Hose Coil Unique in Washdown Systems

Hose Coil's product philosophy is rooted in its origins. The HoseCoil product line includes a range of specialty hoses, washdown nozzles, and a unique line of thermoformed enclosures — originally designed for marine use, though the products have proven equally capable for automotive, RV, home, and garden applications. That marine-first DNA means every product is engineered with salt air, tight deck spaces, and rough handling in mind.

HoseCoil makes marine washdown and hose-management gear — specialty hoses, washdown nozzles, and clean mounting/storage enclosures — built to stow easily and keep rinse-downs simple on boats. This all-in-one design philosophy is key: rather than piecing together a washdown system from unrelated components, Hose Coil offers integrated solutions where the hose, nozzle, and enclosure are designed to work together seamlessly.

Key Products in the Hose Coil Washdown Lineup

Highlights from the Hose Coil lineup include the Flush Mount Enclosure with coiled hose and nozzle, the Horizontal Mount Enclosure with a 25' coiled hose, the PRO Series, and the Standard Series — alongside comfort-grip nozzles and replacement coiled hoses for existing enclosures. The thermoformed enclosures are a standout feature, allowing the hose to be neatly recessed into the deck or mounted horizontally in a cockpit locker, eliminating the tangled mess that plagues conventional washdown setups.

Product series available from HoseCoil include the HoseCoil PRO, the HoseCoil Pilot PRO, and the HoseCoil Boat Bumper, as well as washdown hose kits, garden-style hoses, PVC water hose, hose nozzles, and hose assemblies. This breadth means boaters can find a solution whether they're outfitting a small fishing boat or a larger coastal cruiser.

Why Self-Coiling Hose Design Matters

Self-coiling hoses are a popular, lighter, and more compact alternative to a heavy garden hose — and Hose Coil essentially built a brand around perfecting this concept for the marine world. Dedicated washdown hoses are designed to coil into tight spaces, resist UV wear, and hold up to boat use — all characteristics central to the Hose Coil product ethos. For boaters dealing with limited storage, the ability to drop a hose back into a flush-mount enclosure quickly and cleanly is a genuine quality-of-life upgrade.

Whether you're rinsing salt off the deck, cleaning an anchor chain, or washing down a fish box, the right washdown system makes the job faster and protects your boat's finish over the long run.
