Engineered Marine Products 300-09021 Marine Rectifier & Regulator Assembly

The Engineered Marine Products (EMP) 300-09021 Rectifier & Regulator Assembly is a marine-grade charging system component designed to keep your outboard engine's electrical system operating reliably. This combined unit performs two critical functions: converting the alternating current (AC) produced by the engine's stator or alternator into usable direct current (DC), and regulating that DC output to maintain a consistent, safe voltage level for battery charging and onboard electronics.

Key Features:

• Combines rectifier and voltage regulator functions in a single assembly for simplified installation and reliable performance
• Converts stator AC output to regulated DC power to charge the battery and supply onboard electrical systems
• Prevents overcharging by maintaining voltage within safe operating limits, protecting the battery and connected components
• Built to OEM specifications by Engineered Marine Products, a trusted supplier to both OEM and the marine aftermarket for over 40 years
• Direct-fit replacement designed for easy installation with no modification required
• Durable construction suited for the demanding marine environment

Symptoms of a failed rectifier/regulator include difficulty starting, batteries that fail to charge, dimming or flickering lights, and erratic gauge readings. Replacing a faulty unit with the EMP 300-09021 restores proper charging system function and protects your vessel's electrical components from damaging voltage fluctuations.
