Maintaining proper tongue weight — typically 10–15% of gross trailer weight — is critical for safe vehicle handling, stable braking, and preventing trailer sway. The Weigh Safe SWS8-3-PATB makes this process fast and accurate without the need for separate scales or guesswork. The included pintle hook broadens towing versatility beyond standard ball couplers, making this an excellent choice for RV owners, contractors, farmers, and frequent towers.
