Weigh Safe TTLW8-2 True Tow LW Adjustable Ball Mount 8" Drop 2" Shank

The Weigh Safe TTLW8-2 True Tow LW is a lightweight adjustable drop hitch ball mount engineered to give towers confidence on every haul. Featuring Weigh Safe's built-in tongue weight measurement system, this ball mount lets you verify your trailer is properly loaded before hitting the road — right at the hitch, without any additional tools or scales.

Key Features:

• 8" drop with a 2" shank for compatibility with standard 2" receiver hitches
• Built-in tongue weight scale provides real-time load readings directly at the ball mount
• Lightweight aluminum construction reduces overall tow setup weight without sacrificing strength
• Adjustable design allows for height customization to achieve proper trailer leveling
• Corrosion-resistant finish for long-lasting durability in all weather conditions
• Includes stainless steel hardware for a secure, rattle-free connection

The True Tow LW series is ideal for towers who want the safety assurance of knowing their tongue weight is within the manufacturer's recommended range. Proper tongue weight (typically 10–15% of gross trailer weight) is critical for safe, stable towing, and the Weigh Safe system makes achieving it straightforward. Compatible with 2" receiver hitches and available with standard ball sizes to suit a wide range of trailers.
