Marine Fasteners RP-1440 Fender Washer 1/4in ID x 1-1/4in OD Stainless Steel 100-Pack

The Marine Fasteners RP-1440 is a marine-grade stainless steel fender washer featuring a 1/4 in inner diameter and a 1-1/4 in outer diameter, sold in a convenient 100-piece pack. With a thickness of 0.062 in, these washers are engineered to provide a significantly larger bearing surface than conventional flat washers, making them ideal for demanding marine and outdoor fastening applications.

Key Features:

• Marine-grade stainless steel construction for superior corrosion resistance in wet and saltwater environments
• Oversized 1-1/4 in OD spreads fastener load over a greater surface area, reducing point-load stress
• 1/4 in inner diameter fits standard 1/4 in bolts, screws, and threaded rod
• 0.062 in thickness provides solid, reliable backing without excessive bulk
• Ideal for through-bolting applications in fiberglass, wood, plywood, and plastics where backing plates are not used
• Helps prevent pull-through and surface deformation in softer materials
• 100-piece pack ensures you have plenty on hand for any project

Marine Fasteners RP-1440 fender washers are a trusted solution for boat hardware installations, dock fittings, and other marine fastening tasks where corrosion resistance and load distribution are critical. Each pack includes 100 washers, making them a practical bulk option for boatbuilders, riggers, and marine maintenance professionals.
