Product Details

Marine Fasteners RP-6699 is a #10 fender washer made from 18-8 stainless steel, engineered for reliable fastening in marine, industrial, and outdoor environments. With a disproportionately large outer diameter relative to the inner bore, fender washers provide a significantly wider bearing surface than standard flat washers, helping to distribute clamping load and prevent fastener pull-through on thin or soft substrates.

Key Specifications:

  • Screw Size: #10
  • Inner Diameter (ID): 0.203 in
  • Outer Diameter (OD): 0.687 in (11/16 in)
  • Thickness: 0.050 in
  • Material: 18-8 Stainless Steel
  • Finish: Passivated Stainless (natural)
  • Quantity: 100 pieces per bag

Key Features:

  • 18-8 stainless steel construction delivers excellent corrosion resistance in saltwater, humid, and chemically exposed environments
  • Large OD-to-ID ratio distributes clamping forces over a wider area, preventing pull-through on fiberglass, wood, and thin sheet metal
  • Consistent 0.050 in thickness ensures uniform load distribution across fastened surfaces
  • Suitable for use with #10 screws, bolts, and machine fasteners in marine, RV, automotive, and construction applications
  • Sold in a convenient 100-piece bag for jobsite and shop use

These fender washers are cross-referenced as item F-010NFDWS-6699 and WFESS10-11/16 in the Marine Fasteners catalog, making them easy to source as a direct replacement or upgrade from standard flat washers.

They also had the best prices of several vendors that I looked at.
