Pacer Performance W16/2DC-500 16/2 AWG Duplex Marine Boat Cable Red/Black 500 ft Spool

The Pacer Performance W16/2DC-500 is a 16 AWG, 2-conductor duplex boat cable supplied on a 500-foot spool in red and black conductors. Manufactured in Sarasota, FL, USA, this UL-listed marine cable is purpose-built for the demanding conditions found aboard boats and recreational vehicles.

Duplex boat cable is a flat, two-conductor cable suited for both DC circuits and low-voltage AC applications. The red and black color-coded conductors allow for quick, accurate polarity identification during installation, improving efficiency and reducing wiring errors.

Key Features:

• 16 AWG, 2-Conductor (16/2) duplex configuration with red and black conductors
• Type III finely stranded tinned copper conductors for maximum flexibility and corrosion resistance
• Flexible PVC jacket that prevents moisture accumulation — voids between wires are filled during extrusion, leaving no space for air or water to build up
• Talcum powder coating applied to interior wires for easy outer jacket removal
• UL Listed — meets and exceeds UL, ABYC, and NMMA standards
• Resistant to acid, alkali, salt, abrasion, flame, gasoline, and oil
• Rated for use in temperatures from -20°C to 105°C
• 500-foot spool — ideal for larger installations or wholesale/trade use

This duplex cable is well-suited for internal wiring on boats and RVs, running through tight spaces such as hulls, T-tops, poling platforms, and sailing spars. Built to withstand constant vibration and flex in harsh marine environments, it delivers long-lasting, reliable performance.
