Wichard 1215W Self-Locking Long D Shackle 10mm (13/32") 316L Stainless Steel

The Wichard 1215W Self-Locking Long D Shackle is a premium marine-grade shackle built for demanding sailing, rigging, and marine attachment applications. With a 10mm (13/32") pin diameter, this long-body D shackle delivers extra length for use with blocks, head fittings, and other applications where a standard-length shackle won't fit.

Passivated and drop forged from Grade 316L stainless steel, the 1215W offers outstanding resistance to corrosion and superior strength. The self-locking pin design features precision indentations that lock the pin head securely in place, preventing accidental loosening due to vibration — a critical safety advantage in high-load marine and rigging environments. The pin can be opened quickly with just a half-turn, making it practical for frequent use without sacrificing security.
