Wichard 2472W 2-3/4" Snap Shackle with Fixed Eye 70mm 17.4 PH Stainless Steel

The Wichard 2472W is a high-resistance (HR) forged snap shackle with a fixed eye, precision-manufactured in France from Grade 17.4 PH stainless steel. Designed for demanding marine applications, this snap shackle delivers outstanding working and breaking load performance in a compact, reliable package.

The fixed eye design makes it ideal for applications where free rotation is not required, providing a secure, stable connection point on halyards, sheets, lifelines, and other running rigging. The captive plunger pin ensures the shackle cannot accidentally disassemble during use, and the pin can be easily pulled by hand or via an attached lanyard for fast, single-handed release.
