Wichard 2493W HR Snap Shackle with Thimble Eye 3-3/4" Stainless Steel

The Wichard 2493W HR Snap Shackle with Thimble Eye is a high-performance forged snap shackle engineered for demanding sailing applications. Built from Grade 17-4 PH stainless steel, this shackle delivers exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and reliable quick-release performance under load.

The integrated thimble eye design allows a halyard to be spliced directly onto the shackle body, eliminating the need for additional hardware and reducing potential failure points in the rigging system. This makes it an ideal choice for spinnaker halyards, gennaker systems, and other performance sailing applications where fast, secure releases are critical.
