All went smooth except coupon code, it said it applied 15% off but nothing happened

Website said the system I ordered was different from what the order confirmation said. I called customer service who said they could not confirm what was shipped and told me to send inquiry via email. In the end the system fit, but If you are not going to help customers over the phone, don't have a customer service number!
