Interlux Interstain is a dual-purpose paste wood filler and stain that fills the grain while simultaneously staining the wood, enhancing its natural beauty. With its penetrating formula, this mahogany wood stain is perfect for staining brightwork and restoring color to faded timber.

  • Can be mixed with one-pack varnishes to achieve a darker finish

  • Can be used to tint Interlux varnishes

Interstain is a thick paste in the can and must be mixed with Interlux 333 Brushing Liquid to the consistency of thick house paint before using. Product specifications include 80% volume solids, specific gravity of 1.54, and typical shelf life of 2 years. Ideal for boat brightwork, marine woodwork, and restoring faded wood surfaces to their original rich mahogany color.
