Egis Mobile Electric 8830-2535 XD Series Triple Flex 2 Relay Module with Manual Knobs

The Egis Mobile Electric 8830-2535 XD Series Triple Flex 2 is an advanced multi-relay module designed for marine battery management systems. This compact unit replaces three individual high-amp relays with one integrated module, significantly reducing installation space while eliminating external link cable connections and the risk of vibration-related failures.

Key Features:

• Three programmable relays in one compact housing with manual control knobs
• 35-75% reduction in mounting space and weight compared to traditional relay solutions
• Configurable as relay, voltage sensitive relay (VSR), or automatic charging relay (ACR)
• Simple DIP switch programming allows flexible configuration for each relay function
• IP67/IP6K9K sealed construction for weatherproof protection in harsh marine environments
• 90-95% lower off-state current draw versus competitive multi-relay systems
• Stainless steel cable lug studs for corrosion resistance
• Large mounting holes accept 1/4-20 or M6 hardware
• Pin-for-pin compatible with ML Series bi-stable relays for easy upgrades

Applications:

• Dual battery load switching with central automatic charging relay
• Multi-battery systems (3-4 batteries) requiring multiple ACRs
• Engine isolation and dual start configurations
• Battery disconnect and charge management functions

The intuitive manual control knobs provide clear awareness of relay status and manual override state, simplifying operation for boat owners and technicians. Ideal for marine, RV, and mobile power applications requiring sophisticated battery management in a compact, reliable package.
