JL Audio 010-13462-00 XM-RPW2-50 2 AWG Red Marine Power Cable 50 ft Spool

The JL Audio XM-RPW2-50 is a premium 2 AWG marine-grade red power cable designed for high-performance audio system installations in boats, RVs, and other demanding environments. Supplied on a convenient 50-foot spool, this cable delivers the current capacity needed for powerful amplifier installations while meeting the safety standards required for marine use.

Key Features:

• Gauge: 2 AWG — ideal for high-current amplifier power and ground runs
• Length: 50-foot spool — provides ample cable for most full-system installations
• Color: Red — standard positive/power wire color coding for easy identification
• Conductor: Tinned copper — resists corrosion in salt air and humid marine environments
• Insulation: PVC jacket — flexible, durable, and resistant to abrasion
• ABYC Compliant: Meets American Boat and Yacht Council electrical standards for safe marine wiring

The tinned copper conductor construction is a critical distinction for marine applications, as bare copper will corrode rapidly when exposed to moisture and salt air. ABYC compliance ensures this cable meets industry-recognized safety guidelines for onboard DC electrical systems. The JL Audio XM-RPW2-50 pairs seamlessly with JL Audio's XM-Series marine amplifiers and other components for a complete, reliable, and professional-grade installation.
