The Sherwood Pump 12665-SHW is a comprehensive major repair kit designed to fully rebuild a wide range of Sherwood marine raw water pumps. This kit supplies virtually all internal components needed to restore pump performance, making it the ideal solution for a thorough overhaul rather than a basic impeller swap.

This kit also replaces Sherwood part numbers 12400 and 13966. Cross-reference part numbers include 762-12665 and SHE 12665. For a minor repair, see Sherwood kit #23979, which covers impeller, seal, and O-ring only for these same pump models.

The item I bought was one to replace something I thought I had accidentally thrown away. A couple days after the boatplicity item arrived I located the like item I already had. I initiated the return process with boatplicity, as I no longer had need of the item. I completed the return request stuff and it said I would be contacted to continue the process but no one has contacted me.

The online purchasing system is very efficient. I had an issue with the delivery times, and the company quickly corrected the situation to my satisfaction.

I'm waiting on my refund. I was not happy that I couldn't talk to a real person regarding my return and my repurchase of the correct prop that I needed. So , if I get my total refund without a huge restocking fee(since the prop is new in original packaging and I bought another prop that is the correct size) then I will be extremely satisfied.
