Sherwood Pump Major Repair Kit for Raw Water Pumps

The Sherwood Pump Major Repair Kit is a raw water pump rebuild kit (also called a sea water pump service kit or overhaul kit). It restores a worn Sherwood marine raw water pump to proper operation without the cost of buying a whole new pump. Raw water pumps supply cooling water to marine engines, and overheating is a leading cause of premature engine wear. Rebuilding the pump on schedule helps protect the engine.

Key Features:

• Contains the main wear components needed to rebuild Sherwood raw water pumps
• Typical contents include an impeller, wear plate, cam, shaft seal or seal and seat, bearings, retaining rings and gaskets or O-rings
• Kit contents vary by pump model, so check the individual listing for the exact parts included
• Renews the internals of the pump so it runs like new
• A cost-effective alternative to replacing the complete pump

Sherwood is a long-established marine pump manufacturer. These major repair kits are used for the overhaul of inboard and sterndrive engine raw water pumps. Choose the specific kit for your pump model from the available options.
