Egis Mobile Electric 8620-6350 XD Dual Flex L VSR/Relay with Knob 6-Pin DT Connector

The Egis Mobile Electric 8620-6350 XD Dual Flex L VSR/Relay with Knob is an advanced voltage-sensitive relay (VSR) and relay module engineered specifically for lithium battery systems. Featuring a 6-Pin DT connector, this unit is purpose-built for installations where standard charge and discharge voltage thresholds fall outside conventional ranges—making it the ideal solution for demanding lithium-based electrical systems.

Unlike standard VSRs designed for lead-acid batteries, the XD Dual Flex L accommodates the unique voltage profiles of Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion), Lithium Polymer (LiPo), and Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery chemistries. The user-adjustable knob allows technicians to fine-tune the connect and disconnect voltage thresholds to match the precise requirements of the battery system without additional programming tools.

Key Features:

• Designed for Lithium-Ion, Lithium Polymer, and Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery systems
• Adjustable voltage settings via integrated knob for higher connect/disconnect thresholds
• Dual Flex design supports versatile relay and VSR functionality
• 6-Pin DT connector for secure, weather-resistant wiring connections
• Part of the Egis XD (Extreme Duty) product line for marine, RV, and powersports applications
• Compact, robust construction suited for harsh environment installations

The Egis XD Dual Flex L is a trusted component for system integrators and installers building or upgrading multi-battery lithium electrical systems in marine, RV, overlanding, and commercial vehicle applications.
