The Egis Mobile Electric XD Flex 1 Dual Relay/ACR (8820-1110) is a high-performance, dual-circuit bi-stable relay and automatic charging relay (ACR) designed for marine, RV, and mobile power systems. Featuring an extremely compact footprint and a 500-amp continuous current rating per relay, it delivers professional-grade battery management in demanding 12V and 24V electrical systems.
Each relay position is fully configurable via on-board DIP switches, allowing the installer to set up each circuit independently as a standard battery disconnect relay, an automatic charging relay (ACR), or a low voltage disconnect (LVD). This flexibility makes the XD Flex 1 an ideal solution for single- and multi-engine installations alike.
This version includes the intuitive front-facing manual override knob, which allows the user to manually lock each relay ON or OFF for servicing—a feature not commonly found on competing products. The sealed 6-pin Deutsch DTM connector provides a weather-tight plug-and-play connection for the control wiring harness.
