Seachoice 803NS 8-Inch Double-Sided Wool Blend Light Compounding Buffing Pad

The Seachoice 803NS is an 8-inch double-sided wool blend buffing pad engineered for light compounding and polishing applications. Constructed from a single-ply natural wool blend, this pad delivers a softer cut than full-wool compounding pads, making it ideal for use with medium-to-light cutting polishes, compounds, and wax removal on marine gelcoat, fiberglass, and painted surfaces.

Key Features:

• Double-sided design — both faces are usable, maximizing pad life and reducing downtime between passes
• Single-ply wool blend construction — optimized for light cutting and polishing without over-cutting the surface
• Inner plastic plate core — wool is bonded to an internal plate during manufacturing, enhancing flexibility when maneuvering around panels, curves, and detail lines
• Screw-on 5/8" x 24 thread mount — securely threads onto a standard rotary polisher adapter with no risk of the pad flying off during use
• Centered pad geometry — pads seat perfectly on the backing plate with no wobble for smooth, consistent results
• Plush, durable fibers with washable backing — built for repeated use and easy cleanup
• 8-inch diameter / 1.5-inch pile height — fits standard rotary polishers and backing plates

Compatible with a wide range of marine compounds, polishes, and liquid waxes. Recommended operating speed: 1,200–1,750 RPM. Requires a 5/8" x 24 thread screw-on adapter (sold separately).
