Seachoice 820WG 8-Inch Black Convoluted Foam Finishing Pad Hook & Loop

The Seachoice 820WG is an 8-inch black convoluted face foam finishing pad designed to deliver a smooth, swirl-free finish on automotive, marine, and painted surfaces. The unique convoluted (waffle/egg-shell) face pattern keeps the pad running cooler by allowing air to circulate in and out during use, reducing heat buildup and minimizing pad wear.

The recessed foam back limits direct contact between the backing plate and painted surfaces, providing added protection during finishing passes. Hook-and-loop (Velcro-style) attachment ensures fast, secure mounting and easy pad changes on compatible dual-action and rotary polishers.

Key Features:

• 8-inch diameter, 1.5-inch thickness — ideal for full-size polishers
• Convoluted (waffle) face pattern reduces heat friction and extends pad life
• Recessed foam back protects painted surfaces from backing plate contact
• Hook and loop (grip) attachment for quick, secure mounting
• Black color-coded foam designates soft finishing application
• Suited for soft polishing and finishing stages — removes light swirls and haze
• Premium foam construction for consistent product distribution

The 820WG is color-coded black for soft polishing and finishing applications, making it the ideal final-stage pad for enhancing gloss and clarity on clear coats, gelcoat, and painted surfaces. Compatible with most 5/8-inch threaded or hook-and-loop backing plates.
