Engineered Marine Products 35-37858 Fuel Water Separator Kit 1/4in Stainless Steel for Yamaha

The Engineered Marine Products (EMP) 35-37858 is a marine fuel water separator kit designed for Yamaha outboard engines. This kit features a stainless steel mounting head paired with a 10-micron fuel/water separating filter element, providing reliable protection for your marine fuel system against water intrusion, dirt, and other harmful contaminants.

The 10-micron filtration rating makes this separator effective for use with all two-stroke and four-stroke EFI outboards, two-stroke HPDI, and carbureted Yamaha engines. The kit is engineered for compatibility with gasoline, 2-cycle oil/fuel mixtures, and composite ethanol-blended fuels — a critical feature given ethanol's tendency to attract and absorb water in marine environments.

Key Features:

• Stainless steel filter head for superior corrosion resistance in saltwater and freshwater environments
• 10-micron filtration removes water and fine particulate contaminants from fuel before they reach the engine
• 1/4" NPT fittings for straightforward installation
• Compatible with gasoline, 2-cycle oil/fuel mixtures, and ethanol-blended fuels
• Designed to meet Yamaha OEM specifications for fuel system protection
• Meets or exceeds USCG and ABYC requirements for marine fuel filtration

Engineered Marine Products (EMP) specializes in high-quality aftermarket marine filtration components. The 35-37858 kit provides a complete, ready-to-install fuel water separation solution to safeguard your Yamaha outboard's fuel system and help maintain optimal engine performance.
