Trident Hose 100-1004 Flex Marine Wet Exhaust & Water Hose 1" x 12.5 ft

The Trident Hose 100-1004 is a premium hardwall flex marine wet exhaust and water hose measuring 1" inner diameter x 12.5 feet. Part of Trident's 250/100 Series, this hose is engineered for longer bent connections where a standard straight hose won't do the job.

At 1" ID, this hose is well-suited for engine raw water intake, critical water lines, bilge discharge, drain, scupper, and sanitation applications. Its hardwall construction maintains shape and flow even under demanding marine conditions.

Key Features:

• EPDM rubber construction — high-temp black EPDM tube and cover rated to 280°F (138°C) maximum continuous temperature
• Wire-reinforced hardwall design — wire helix embedded between two synthetic spiral cord plies for excellent flexibility and tight bend radius without collapsing or panting
• Resists heat, ozone, exhaust gases, sanitation chemicals, panting, and collapse
• Smooth interior bore minimizes back pressure and maximizes flow efficiency
• Exceeds SAE J2006-R2, ABYC & NMMA P-1 wet exhaust hose standards
• Lloyd's Registry Type Approved — Certificate No. 02/00029
• 5-year limited warranty
• Black with blue stripe for easy identification

For below-waterline connections, Trident recommends using a double clamp with sealing compound at each end. Minimum of two stainless steel clamps per connection is advised for secure installation.
