Trident Hose 100-1184 Hardwall Marine Wet Exhaust Hose 1-1/8" ID x 12.5 ft

The Trident Hose 100-1184 is a hardwall marine wet exhaust and water hose with a 1-1/8" inner diameter and 12.5-foot length, designed for demanding marine applications requiring reliable performance in high-heat, high-moisture environments.

Built on Trident's 100-Series platform, this hose features a heavy-wall construction with a wire helix embedded between two layers of tough synthetic spiral cord reinforcement. The inner liner and outer cover are both constructed from high-temperature EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber, providing outstanding resistance to heat, ozone, exhaust gases, and sanitation chemicals.

Key Features:

• 1-1/8" ID hardwall construction resists panting and collapse under vacuum conditions
• High-temperature EPDM rubber liner and cover rated for continuous operation up to 250°F (121°C)
• Wire helix between 2-ply synthetic cord reinforcement for flexibility and structural integrity
• Smooth interior bore minimizes exhaust back pressure for improved engine performance
• Resists heat, ozone, exhaust gases, and marine sanitation chemicals
• Suitable for wet exhaust, engine intake, critical water, drain, scupper, bilge, and sanitation lines
• Meets or exceeds SAE J2006, ABYC, and NMMA standards
• Pre-cut 12.5 ft length — ready to install

Installation requires a minimum of two stainless steel clamps at each end. T-Bolt clamps (3/4" wide) or Constant Torque clamps (5/8" wide) are recommended for a secure, leak-free connection. UPC: 704917004440.
