Swift Kompany 4712-30 30A Push Button Circuit Breaker, Medium Duty, Reset Only

The Swift Kompany 4712-30 is a 30 amp medium duty push button circuit breaker (reset only). It protects marine and vehicle electrical circuits from short circuits and over-current loads. Overloaded wiring can overheat and destroy its insulation, and this breaker helps prevent that. You can reset it with the button instead of replacing a fuse.

Key Features:

• 30 amp continuous current rating with a 32 VDC maximum, suitable for 12 V and 24 V DC systems
• Trip-free design that cannot be forced on during a fault condition
• Meets ABYC E-11 interrupt requirements, with 3,000 amp interrupt current at 32 VDC
• High interrupt capacity to protect circuits connected to large paralleled battery banks
• Ignition protected, so it is safe to install in closed compartments with potentially explosive gases
• Sealed against dust and water intrusion, with a J1428 ingress protection rating
• Harsh-environment construction that resists shock and vibration
• Compact body that allows close panel spacing
• Anti-rotation, corrosion-resistant locking hardware and a 10-32 mounting nut for panel installation
• Rated for 100 cycles of endurance

This breaker is a good fit for marine, RV, and automotive DC circuit protection panels. It gives you a resettable alternative to fuses in battery, accessory, and power distribution circuits.
