Swift Kompany 7610 Programmable Automatic Charging Relay ACR 160A 12V Dual Battery

The Swift Kompany 7610 is a programmable automatic charging relay (ACR), also called a dual battery charge relay or battery isolator relay. It is rated for 160 amps at 12V. It shares charging current between two batteries while a charge source is active. It isolates the batteries when no charge source is present, which helps prevent a dead starting battery.

Key Features:

• 160 A continuous current rating, with a 240 A interrupt current rating
• 8-18 VDC input voltage range for 12V systems
• Ultra-low off-state current draw of 1.3 mA, compared with 7-10 mA for typical ACRs, so it will not drain batteries during extended downtime
• Adjustable closing and opening voltages via top-side DIP switches, with a closing voltage range of 12.9-13.6 VDC and an opening voltage range of 12.1-12.8 VDC
• Dual start / engine isolation inputs support multiple engines or independent charge systems by isolating charge sources when both are active
• Start assist input allows manual connection of the batteries through a remote switch for maximum cranking amps
• Optional low-voltage lockout prevents the relay from closing if one terminal is connected to a battery with a shorted cell
• Optional priority charging delays closure until the charging battery is more fully charged
• Sealed construction with stainless steel hardware and high-temperature materials, so it can be mounted almost anywhere
• Integrated thermal overload shutdown protection
• Sealed integrated plug with a Deutsch/Amphenol DTM connector harness to resist corrosion
• LED diagnostics, plus a low-amp output that can report status remotely or drive a secondary relay

This ACR suits marine, RV and other dual-battery systems that need reliable, hands-off battery charge management.
