Swift Kompany 8710-1300 XD Flex 2 Single VSR Switch with Knob, Tinned Wires

The Swift Kompany 8710-1300 XD Flex 2 single-circuit switch is a programmable voltage sensing relay (VSR), also called an automatic charging relay (ACR). It can also work as a remote battery disconnect relay. It suits marine, RV and other dual-battery systems. A front-facing manual override knob lets you lock the relay ON or OFF for servicing.

Key Features:

• 500 amp continuous capability in a compact housing
• DIP switch programming sets the unit as a relay/battery disconnect, a voltage sensing relay, or a low voltage disconnect
• Remote ON/OFF/Auto inputs let you force the relay closed or open, or let it switch automatically based on voltage
• Local and remote LED indicators
• Tinned control wires
• Auto-ranging input voltage of 8 to 36 VDC, for 12V and 24V systems
• Mechanical switching life of 1,000,000 cycles
• Standby current draw of about 1.3 mA
• Stainless steel self-locking hardware, with a terminal stud torque of 120 in-lbs

The 8710-1300 replaces legacy remote switching solutions with a smaller package. It lets you share alternator charge between batteries while protecting the starting battery from deep-cycle loads.
