Sierra Temperature Sender Thread F Range Sending Units

Sierra marine temperature senders (also called water temperature sending units or engine temperature sensors) send engine coolant temperature to a dash gauge or warning device. They are used on marine inboard and sterndrive engines. Sierra offers the line in several thread sizes and temperature ranges, so you can match the sender to your engine and gauge.

Key Features:

• Sends an engine temperature signal to the helm gauge, or triggers an overheat alarm or warning light, depending on the model
• Threaded body for installation in a cylinder head, manifold or thermostat housing
• Stud or quick-disconnect terminal for easy wiring
• Single-station and dual-station designs, so one sender can feed one or two gauges
• Built for marine use, with corrosion-resistant construction
• Many models replace OEM and other aftermarket senders

A Sierra temperature sender is a dependable replacement when a gauge reads incorrectly, fails to read, or the original sender has corroded. Check the thread size, temperature range and gauge ohm scale against your engine and gauge before ordering. Sierra is a well-known marine engine parts brand.
