Solas Rubex Stainless Steel Interchangeable Hub Propellers

Solas Rubex stainless steel interchangeable hub propellers are high-performance boat props for outboard and sterndrive recreational boats. The line uses the Rubex (RBX) interchangeable hub system. One propeller body can be matched to different engine and drive applications by choosing the correct RBX hub kit.

Key Features:

• High-chromium stainless steel construction: Solas stainless blades have a high chromium, nickel and molybdenum content. This resists saltwater corrosion and helps keep the blades stable under load.
• Interchangeable hub design: The hub kit adapts the propeller to a specific engine or drive. The hub kit is required for installation and is sold separately.
• Rubber hub cushioning: The rubber hub dampens shock when shifting into gear. It also softens impacts with submerged objects, which helps protect the prop shaft and lower unit internals.
• Performance blade designs: The line covers several styles, including all-around, high-rake, cupped and large-diameter designs. They are intended for uses such as bass and bay boats, high-speed planing hulls and big offshore boats. Some models have Solas Adjustable Vent (SAV) technology.
• Better hole shot and top speed: The blade designs aim to improve acceleration, bow lift, midrange performance and top-end speed. Exact performance depends on the model.

Use these Solas Rubex boat propellers for sport, offshore and general recreational boating. Matching the propeller series to your engine application and pairing it with the correct RBX hub kit lets you replace or upgrade your prop. For Solas dual-prop installations, both props must be made by Solas and be the same material.
