Scandvik Ignition Protected LED Engine Room Light Dome Lights

The Scandvik Ignition Protected LED Engine Room Light line gives marine engine rooms, bilges and utility compartments bright, dependable LED lighting. These fixtures are also sold as engine room utility lights or LED dome lights. They replace bulky fluorescent and halogen fixtures with a slim, low-power LED design built for working on engines.

Key Features:

• Ignition protected: certified to SAE J1171 and meets USCG, ABYC and NMMA requirements, so it is suitable for gasoline-vapor environments
• Bright cool-white LED output lights up gauges, hoses, fittings and moving parts during inspections and repairs
• Waterproof, sealed construction holds up against moisture, vibration and the harsh conditions of a marine engine compartment
• Low-profile surface-mount design saves overhead clearance in tight spaces, and the wiring can exit from the end or bottom of the fixture on many models
• Energy-efficient LEDs draw little current, which helps preserve battery power
• Durable lens and housing are made to resist vibration and accidental knocks
