Groco Bronze Full-Flow Flanged Ball-Type Seacock Seacocks

The Groco BV Series bronze full-flow flanged ball-type seacock is a marine through-hull shutoff valve. It gives you reliable control of raw water intakes, discharges and other below-waterline plumbing. The ports are full pipe size, so water reaches engines, pumps and other onboard equipment without the restriction found in many standard ball valves.

Key Features:

• Full pipe-size flow for efficient water delivery
• Cast bronze body for corrosion resistance in marine environments
• Stainless steel ball and stem for durability
• PTFE seats and seals for smooth, long-lasting operation
• Tri-flange base and mounting hole pattern make it easy to retrofit when replacing most popular seacock brands
• Patented field-selectable handle rotation lets you choose the closed-position direction to suit tight installations
• Handle with a square opening that accepts a standard ratchet, for reaching or operating hard-to-turn valves
• Drain plugs on both sides of the body for winterization
• Bonding attachment on the base
• Serviceable while installed
• UL listed marine sea valve (UL 647B)

Bottom connections are NPS (straight thread) and top connections are NPT (tapered thread). This seacock is not intended for use in potable water systems. It is a dependable choice for new installations or for replacing an aging seacock on a boat.
