Groco Bronze Round Hull Strainer with Access Door Sea Strainers

The Groco RSC Series bronze round hull strainer with access door is a raw water sea strainer. It gives coarse primary filtration at the thru-hull inlet. It suits sailboats and generators because it filters without putting excess pressure on cooling lines, which can flood engines that aren't running. It is a good choice for marine plumbing, raw water intake and cooling-water protection.

Key Features:

• Patented access door design: The door gives easy access to the thru-hull fitting and seacock inlet beneath the strainer. You don't have to remove the whole strainer to clear marine growth.
• Bronze construction: The body and door are C84400 bronze.
• Cast filter holes: The filter openings are cast into the strainer.
• Passive-flow design: It is made for systems where forced flow is not needed or wanted.
• American made: Made in the USA.

Groco is a trusted name in marine through-hull and raw water plumbing. This strainer makes routine thru-hull cleaning and maintenance faster. It is built to hold up in a marine environment. Not for use in potable water systems.
