Groco Stainless Steel Replacement Strainer Basket for Sea Strainers

The Groco stainless steel replacement strainer basket (also called a raw water strainer basket or sea strainer filter basket) restores the filtering performance of your Groco bronze raw water strainer. The basket traps weeds, debris and marine growth before they reach your engine's raw water pump, heat exchanger or other seawater-cooled equipment.

Key Features:

• #304 stainless steel construction resists corrosion in saltwater and holds up to repeated cleaning
• Perforated, round basket design lets water flow freely while catching debris
• Made as a replacement for Groco strainer series, including ARG, SA, VD and 932 models
• Available in several lengths and diameters to match different Groco strainer pipe sizes
• Removable for fast inspection and cleaning during routine maintenance
• Stainless steel lasts longer than poly baskets in demanding marine service

Groco has long been a respected name in marine plumbing, known for seacocks, strainers and through-hull fittings built from heavy bronze and stainless steel. A fresh stainless basket is an easy, low-cost way to keep a Groco sea strainer working as designed and to protect your cooling system.
