Greenfield Products Cast Iron Mushroom Anchor PVC Coated for Boats Up to

The Greenfield Products PVC coated cast iron mushroom anchor is a traditional bottom anchor for small boats. It meets basic anchoring needs and stores easily. It works well on small craft, personal watercraft (PWC), canoes and kayaks. It also works as a secondary anchor on larger boats.

Key Features:

• Cast iron construction: The weight helps the anchor settle and hold in soft bottoms.
• PVC coating: The coating is easy to clean and helps prevent scuffing of your boat's hull and deck.
• Wide-area mushroom cup: The cup gives good holding power in soft bottom conditions such as mud, sand and silt.
• Three drainage holes: The holes let water and sediment pass through, which helps with setting and retrieval.
• Compact design: The anchor is easy to store and deploy.

Typical Uses:

• Fishing anchor for lighter boats
• Drag anchor for fishing in current
• Holding small buoys, markers and race markers
• Light-duty use in soft conditions

For best results, use a scope of about 5:1 (line length to water depth). Add anchor lead chain and line, which are sold separately. This anchor is intended for light-duty use. It is not meant for extreme holding requirements.
