Barton Marine Size Single Swivel Block with Becket

The Barton Marine Single Swivel Block with Becket is a compact, lightweight pulley block for sailboats, dinghies, day boats and larger yachts. The swivel head lets the block align itself with the line, which reduces twist and wear. The becket gives you a built-in attachment point for tying off a line end. This makes it useful for purchase systems, control lines, lead blocks and flag halyards.

Key Features:

• Single sheave design: a precision-moulded acetal sheave gives smooth line handling.
• Swivel head: the block stays aligned as the line angle changes under load.
• Integral becket: you can anchor a line end directly on the block, for example when building a purchase system.
• Low-friction performance: Barton's bearing designs keep the sheave running freely under load.
• Lightweight, durable construction: built for marine use on dinghies, day boats, cruisers and racing yachts.

Barton Marine is a UK-based manufacturer of sailing hardware. Its blocks are made to give dependable performance at a good value. Each block in this line carries its own load rating and line size, so you can match the block to your rig and the line you plan to use.
