Seahawk Paints Biocop TF Antifouling Bottom Paint Pint

Seahawk Paints Biocop TF is a tin-free, dual biocide antifouling bottom paint (also called boat bottom paint or hull antifouling paint). It protects the hull below the waterline from hard and soft marine growth. It was developed as an alternative to tin-based antifouling paints, and it works in both salt water and fresh water.

Key Features:

• Dual biocide formula with PL3 polymer release technology for controlled biocide release
• Harder, self-polishing ablative finish that lasts longer and resists abrasion
• Multi-season performance with continuous protection
• Safe for fresh or salt water and approved for vessels of all sizes
• Lloyd's Register certified and tin (TBT) free
• Can be hauled out and returned to the water without losing antifouling properties
• Consistent color from batch to batch, which makes color matching easier
• For use below the waterline only

Biocop TF's tougher ablative film stands up to high-speed use, maintenance scrubbing, and trailering or dry storage. Apply it to a clean, dry, properly prepared surface. Check the manufacturer's compatibility guidance before applying it over existing bottom paint. It should not be used on bare aluminum. Aluminum hulls need the proper barrier coat system first.
