Racor Aquabloc II Diesel Fuel Filter Replacement Element Gasoline Filters

Racor Aquabloc II replacement elements are fuel filter and water separator cartridges for marine, diesel and gasoline fuel systems. They help protect precision engine components by removing dirt, sediment and water from the fuel before it reaches the engine. They are used as replacement fuel filters, water-separating filter elements and spin-on fuel filters in compatible Racor housings.

Key Features:

• Aquabloc II filtration media: Racor's proprietary media is built for high dirt-holding capacity and long service life.
• Water repelling: The media has a hydrophobic treatment that repels water. This helps the element work longer than water-absorbing elements.
• Multiple micron ratings: Depending on the part number, elements come in 2, 10 and 30 micron ratings. Color-coded printing makes it easier to identify the right element for your application.
• Turbine and spin-on designs: The line includes cartridge elements for Racor turbine series fuel filter/water separators. It also includes spin-on elements for Racor marine and gasoline fuel filter assemblies.
• Durable construction: Spin-on versions use a powder-coated steel housing for corrosion resistance. They also use a low-swell Buna-N seal and work with ethanol-blended fuels.
• Low flow restriction: The elements are designed to filter well without limiting fuel flow.

Replace the element at the interval the manufacturer recommends for your engine and application. Also replace it at the first sign of reduced performance. Check the individual part number for its micron rating, thread or fitment style, and compatible Racor assembly.
