Racor Aquabloc Replacement Filter Element for Turbine Series Diesel Fuel Filters

Racor Aquabloc replacement filter elements are diesel fuel filter and water separator cartridges for Racor Turbine Series fuel filter/water separator housings. They remove water, dirt, and other particulates from diesel fuel before it reaches the injection system. This helps protect injectors, pumps, and other fuel system components. Use them as a marine diesel fuel filter, a fuel/water separator cartridge, or a Turbine Series replacement cartridge.

Key Features:

• Aquabloc media: a blend of high-grade cellulose and engineered fibers with a hydrophobic treatment, designed to repel water rather than let it cling to the media
• Contaminant removal: captures water, dirt, algae, asphaltenes, gums, and varnishes from diesel fuel
• Corrosion-proof end caps: polymer end caps will not corrode
• Color-coded caps: the cap color identifies the micron rating, so the right element is easy to pick out
• Easy servicing: an integral bail handle makes element changes simpler
• Seals: Racor-engineered replacement seals are included with the element
• Micron options: the line comes in several micron ratings, so you can match filtration to your fuel quality, operating climate, and maintenance schedule

Carry a spare element on board. A single tank of contaminated fuel can clog a filter quickly. Replace elements at regular service intervals or at the first sign of power loss or increased vacuum restriction. Racor's Turbine Series is trusted in marine and other diesel applications, and these elements are built to meet OEM fuel injection system requirements.
