Ronstan TriggerSnap Shackle Stainless Steel Shackles

The Ronstan TriggerSnap Shackle is a stainless steel trigger-release snap shackle for sailing and marine rigging. Its latch mechanism lets you attach and release the shackle quickly with one hand. That makes it a good choice for halyards, sheets, spinnaker gear, and other lines you need to connect and disconnect often.

Key Features:

• One-handed trigger latch for fast, intuitive attachment and release
• Body, bail, latch, and trigger are heat-treated, investment-cast 15-5PH stainless steel for strength, corrosion resistance, and durability
• Grade 316 stainless steel rivets and spring
• High strength-to-weight ratio
• Each shackle is individually proof-load tested
• Stamped with a production code for traceability
• Available with small or large swivel bail options
• Can be released under load by using a spike to actuate the trigger. Ronstan lists a compatible release spike as RF1322.

Ronstan has more than 70 years of experience making marine hardware. The TriggerSnap line is built for sailors who want a strong, lightweight snap shackle that works reliably in a saltwater environment.
