Rupes Usa D-A Fine Finishing Foam Pad Yellow Buffers & Polishers

The Rupes D-A Fine Finishing Foam Pad is a polishing and finishing pad for dual-action (random orbital) and gear-driven polishers. Rupes describes it as the most versatile foam pad in its BigFoot range. It removes moderate-to-fine paint defects quickly and leaves a high-gloss finish on most paint systems. It is also sold as a fine polishing pad, finishing foam pad, or DA buffing pad.

Key Features:

• Versatile one-step performance: Balances cutting ability with finishing quality. It handles light swirls, wash marring and fine defects while refining gloss.
• Quality foam construction: Fine-cell foam is made from high-grade resins. It helps regulate heat during polishing and keeps its shape.
• Beveled, contoured edge: Improves pad stability and gives more control around curves and body lines.
• Center hole relief: Helps the pad stay balanced and centered on the backing plate.
• Hook-and-loop backing: Attaches securely to compatible backing plates and is easy to swap between polishing steps.
• Made in Italy: Produced by Rupes, a respected name in professional polishing and detailing tools.

Use it with Rupes D-A Fine polishing compound or with many other modern compounds and polishes. It suits final polishing, paint refinement, and finishing after heavier compounding. The pad works for professional detailers and enthusiasts, and it is also used for cleaning and finishing work on boats, RVs and other painted or gelcoat surfaces.
