Rupes Usa Rotary Coarse Polishing Foam Pad Blue Buffers & Polishers

The Rupes Rotary Coarse Polishing Foam Pad is a blue cutting pad made for rotary polishers. It is the first step in the Rupes BigFoot polishing system. It removes severe paint defects, heavy swirls, scratches, water spots and sanding marks. Use it as a coarse foam pad or compounding pad for paint correction.

Key Features:

• Open-cell foam: Gives the pad rotational stability and lets air move through it. This reduces the heat build-up that rotary polishing creates.
• Rotary-specific formulation: The foam was optimized for the stresses of rotary use.
• Aggressive cutting: Removes severe defects and sanding marks on painted surfaces. It still leaves a high-quality finish for a coarse pad.
• Protective pad profile: The shape of the pad helps prevent accidental contact between the backing plate and the paint.
• Color-coded system: Blue means coarse or compounding. Follow with a yellow polishing pad or a white finishing pad to refine the finish.
• Hook-and-loop backing: Attaches to a matching backing plate.
• Made in Italy by Rupes.

This pad is designed to work with the Rupes BigFoot Rotary Coarse Compound and the BigFoot LH19E rotary polisher. After the cutting stage, follow with a less aggressive pad and polish to maximize gloss and clarity.
